TULSA, Okla. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Frontier Energy Services ("Frontier") today announced the formation of Frontier Midstream Solutions IV ("Frontier IV"). The newly formed Frontier IV will pursue new midstream opportunities by taking advantage of Frontier's deep understanding of and experience in the Permian and other leading basins.
The Frontier management team has successfully invested over $1.5 billion of capital in the midstream industry and since 2002 completed 16 major midstream projects across six states culminating in 1.3 BCF/d of gathering and processing capacity, 415 MMCF/d of natural gas treating capability, more than 4,000 miles of natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline as well as 300,000 barrels of crude oil storage and 400 miles of crude gathering and related facilities. Most recently, Frontier built and operated the Alpha Crude Connector – a 400-mile crude oil pipeline transmission system in the Northern Delaware Basin. In January 2017, Frontier and joint venture partner Concho Resources sold their respective ownership interests in the Alpha Crude Connector to Plains All American Pipeline for a combined total of $1.215 billion.

Built at a cost of more than $250 million, ACC is a common carrier, 500+ mile crude pipeline gathering system that serves the northern end of the prolific Delaware Basin of Texas and New Mexico. It began service in late 2015. It can move over 100,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) to downstream customers – delivering crude into three pipelines that serve the Midland, Texas, and Cushing, Oklahoma crude markets; local refinery demand; and a rail terminal. TULSA, Okla. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Alpha Crude Connector, LLC ("Alpha") today announced it intends to conduct an additional Open Season for the Alpha Crude Connector Pipeline (the "Pipeline" or the "System"), a recently constructed FERC regulated, crude oil transportation pipeline located in Lea and Eddy Counties, New Mexico and Culberson, Loving, Reeves and Winkler Counties, Texas. The System came online in November 2015 and consists of approximately 400 miles of crude oil transportation pipeline capable of transporting over 100,000 barrels per day of crude oil from numerous lease tank batteries and other field receipt points, including the outlet of the Red Hills truck unloading facility, in the northern Delaware Basin. The System will have over 300,000 barrels of operational breakout storage to provide increased reliability to shippers. By bidding for capacity on the Pipeline, producers and marketers can enjoy the option to deliver crude through the System to multiple downstream pipelines and a rail terminal, providing access to local refineries, Cushing and the US Gulf Coast.

TULSA, Okla. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Frontier Midstream Solutions, LLC ("Frontier") today announced a new crude transportation system, to be owned by Alpha Crude Connector, LLC ("ACC").
The ACC system will consist of over 400 miles of crude oil transportation pipeline, multiple truck racks, and over 300,000 barrels of storage in the northern Delaware Basin of Southeastern New Mexico and West Texas. The pipeline will initially have the capacity to deliver over 100,000 barrels per day of crude oil to multiple delivery points, accessing local refineries, rail outlets, and major downstream pipelines.
ACC will file for FERC authority to operate as a common carrier pipeline, with an open season commencing in June of 2014. Construction will commence following the open season, targeting initial flows in the second half of 2015.
ACC is a Joint Venture between Frontier and Concho Resources Inc. ("Concho"). In conjunction with the Joint Venture, Concho has agreed to enter into a long term transportation agreement with ACC. ACC will solicit interest from other producers and marketers for capacity on the new system.
